Shipping Policy

Nationwide Delivery Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199/- across Pakistan.
FREE delivery is offered on orders above Rs. 4999/-
(Free delivery covers up to 4 KG. For every additional KG, Rs. 200 will be charged.)

Delivery Timeline

Lahore: 2–3 working days
All other cities: 3-4 working days
(Due to current lockdown and courier delays, delivery times may vary. No deliveries on Sundays.)

Advance Payment for High-Value Orders

For orders above Rs. 10,000, an advance payment is required.
Our team will contact you for payment instructions and share the necessary bank details after confirming your order.

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a “ Shipment Track No ” .
You can use this tracking no to monitor your shipment in real-time until it is delivered through “ Track Order ” button at our website header.
